This privacy statement applies to any processing of personal data on saver.it, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.

How we process your personal data
Personal data is collected automatically when you surf the site.

In addition to our general Contact section, we interact with you by responding to complaints or general reports provided on our services or because we have had or have an existing contract.
Depending on the circumstances, we may also contact you regarding the satisfaction of our products and services and to conduct surveys.
For this reason, the legal basis is the execution of the service requested by the interested party (Article 6 (1) letter b of the GDPR).
We will use the personal data and contact details provided by registration to inform you directly about our additional products and services. The use of your personal data to directly promote our products and services is a legitimate interest for us as a provider of this website, as stated in Article 6, section. 1 par. 1 lett. f of the GDPR.
You can object to the use of personal data for direct marketing at any time. We will therefore abstain from any processing aimed at these purposes. You can inform us of your opposition by sending an email to info@saver.it.
Your personal data, subject to certain exceptions within the specific services mentioned below, will be kept for as long as your user account is used. If there is no activity on your account, your personal data will be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled. Legal obligations relating to storage or the need for legal actions that may result from misconduct in the use of the services may result in a prolonged storage of personal data. In this case, we will inform you accordingly.
Data collected from third-party sources
To provide you with information on products and services, we may also collect some of your personal data, such as your name and contact details, from third-party resources, such as trade shows we participate in or technology platforms we use, for example for webinars.
The legal basis for this treatment is Article 6, paragraph 1, lett. f of the GDPR according to which it is the Group’s legitimate interest to maintain its user base, to bring new users to the website and to inform (potential) users about the services organized and provided by SAVER srl.

With your email address you can subscribe to our communications via email (newsletters, invitations to events, etc.) that provide the latest news on our services and our activities, if you consent to receive such e-mails. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6 section 1 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR).
You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by deactivating it by following the link at the bottom of each informative e-mail.
Automated decision-making process
We will not use your personal information for any automated decision making process that produces legal effects that affect you or that significantly affect you.
Who sees your personal data
Your personal data will be processed by the data controller, any managers appointed by him and strictly authorized personnel.

In the event that personal data are processed during the use of cookies and / or similar technologies used for other purposes, e.g. to improve our website or for marketing purposes, the treatment is based on the legitimate interest (Article 6, par.1, letter f of the GDPR) of SAVER srl in maintaining its user base, in bringing new users to the website and in informing (potential) users about the services organized and provided by SAVER srl.

You can delete all cookies already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being inserted. In this case, however, you must be aware that you may need to manually change some preferences each time you visit the website and some services and features may not work.
Safety
To protect personal data, we take precautions that are standard on the market. When our download form asks users to provide personal data, such personal data is encrypted and protected with the common encryption software on the market – SSL. When you are on a secure page, there is a lock icon at the top of web browsers.
Unfortunately, no data transmission or processing can be guaranteed as 100% secure. Consequently, despite our efforts to protect personal data, SAVER srl is not able to guarantee complete security of personal data.

B. request an adequate correction, removal or limitation of personal data, e.g. due to (i) the incomplete or inexact nature of personal data, (ii) because it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, (iii) because the consent on which the treatment is based has been revoked, or ( iv) because, according to your rights, you opposed the processing of data; in the event that your personal data are processed by third parties, we will forward your request for rectification, removal or limitation also to such third parties, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts;
C. to receive personal data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by a machine, also in order to transmit this data to another holder without any obstacles on our part; where technically feasible you have the right to transmit personal data directly from us to another holder;
D. refuse to provide and – without impact on the processing of data that took place prior to such withdrawal – withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
E. refuse at any time that your personal data are used for direct marketing purposes, or – based on reasons related to your particular situation, that your personal data are subjected to the processing of data for other purposes;
F. not be subject to automated decision-making processes (automated decisions based on data processing by automated means, for the purpose of evaluating various personal aspects) that produce legal effects on you or that significantly affect you;
G. take legal action in relation to any violation of your rights regarding the processing of your personal data, as well as to make complaints before the competent data protection bodies (in Italy, the supervisory authority is the Guarantor for the protection personal data).

SAVER srl may modify or update the privacy policy without notice. The changes will come into force once published on the website. It is the user’s responsibility to monitor these updates. The privacy statement was last updated on the date indicated at the beginning of this privacy statement.
